Return & Shipping Information
We will accept returns of full-priced merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
*Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, alcohol, and any opened skincare items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
* When returning merchandise, please be sure to use the return label we provide you, or a carrier that will provide a tracking number. We will not be responsible for lost items with no tracking number. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged in transit, or if you are unhappy with the quality of the product, please retain the original shipping box and all packing materials and contact us within 30 days of delivery by emailing email@example.com
