The Godfather Lake Edition Aspen Aged Single Barrel Rye Whiskey is a unique whiskey crafted with a 95% rye, 5% barley mash bill. The whiskey is aged for two years in new American oak barrels and then rested for an additional 8 months on Three Forks Ranch hand-cut, hand-charred aspen wood for a distinctive flavor. Afterward, the whiskey is finished for 13 months in a 59-gallon Nebbiolo wine barrel, delivering a smooth and complex flavor profile of stone fruit, berry, cherry rye spice, caramel and toffee, and woody notes.
